Add repositories and osbuild dependency commit ID for Fedora 41. We're not yet using the repos for runners in CI, but with the release of F41, we will soon move to using it.
Use the pinned osbuild commit ID from the Schutzfile when running Fedora unit tests.
Update the Fedora 41 repositories in the Schutzfile and the test repo configs. These are still using 'branched' but should switch to the prod repos once we get our first snapshots.
