Remove unnecessary folders from docker image

Here's what's currently in the published image:

I suggest to add the following to /.dockerignore:

e2e
scripts

AFAICT, assets (6.3MB) is not required for running verdaccio, but someone might refer to these files in their containers. So probably better to keep.

...Docker definitions are different between the branches. It's one of the areas to work on when consolidating branches.
