A2 Hosting / Wordpress / Can't get Redis to connect

Hi,

I'm having some difficulties getting Redis to work on my Wordpress site (A2 Hosting).

The plugin installs and the Redis server is up however, it will not connect. Here are the relevant errors and diagnostics; I've redacted the one folder name to ***********. A2 worked with me on it today and at one point restarted Redis but it's not working. They suggested that I contact Redis devs so here I am. The Enable Object Cache button is greyed out.
