Stepper: Awesome features to add: label placement, description, Error - Loading Staus, Custom icon

Hello PrimeHeroes,

I just discovered and started using this awesome library, and I love it.
For the following discussions, I would like to voluntarily contribute with PRs for each features.
I have some suggestions for the Stepper component, and I've thought about many awesome and useful features that could be added to it:

1 - Specify step header position (right | left | bottom)

    <StepperPanel header="Header I" headerPos="right | left | bottom">

            <div>Content I</div>
        </div>
    </StepperPanel>
</ Stepper>

This use case already exists in MUI and Ant Design:

2 - Add description under step header label

=>Ant stepper label with description

3 - Add Step status: Loading and Error

=>Error status
=>Loading status

4 - customise step icons

=>Custom step icon
