JSON file for NodeJS release channels

Does the NodeJS website currently has a json file with information about each channel?
Maybe a file like https://github.com/dotnet/core/blob/main/release-notes/releases-index.json
This would make it very easy to automate processes (download latest current+LTS versions, test for new releases and so on).

This came up, when the update scripts for the NodeJS chocolatey packages broke after the NodeJS website redesign (chocolatey-community/chocolatey-packages#2452)

https://nodejs.org/dist/index.json (and https://nodejs.org/dist/index.tab) exist and is updated when a new release is made.
https://github.com/pkgjs/nv uses that json, plus https://github.com/nodejs/Release/blob/main/schedule.json.
