Generating Intended Configuration based on generic data

Hello community.

I'm trying to understand the operation of Intended configurations and if what I am trying to do will work (and if not, an alternative method).

I am trying to generate an ACL that should be applied to every device in Nautobot.
The ACL should be generated at run/build-time based on tags assigned to prefixes.

For example,

I have a prefix in IPAM that I want to be tagged with a certain value that will make it an entry in the ACL.
This Prefix is a container, and not associated with any device.

How do I render this template in this instance. Is it possible?

I figured I could nest the GraphQL queries so while I select details of the device, I also pull all prefixes with a certain tag :)
