Where is the repo for Dashlet v14?

There is requirement to add annotation to the bar chart and currently in the dashlet-v14 we don't have the plugin needed to add that annotation as an option, we would request you to provide access to dashlet-v14 repo, so we can install the supported version of the plugin to enhance the dashlet to support annotation for the bar chart.
