Unicode and Numbers #300
Comments
This doesn't look like a real Nammu issue to me. Copying and pasting from Word may go wrong if you're working with non-unicode fonts in Word - is that possible? There were quite a few of such fonts around at the OI and other places. For the subscript numbers see the keyboards page in ORACC (http://oracc.museum.upenn.edu/doc/help/visitingoracc/keyboards/index.html). Download/install the keyboard and use the comma as "dead key". |
@n-brandt did you have any success following Niek's instructions? |
Hi Niek and Raquel,
The instructions were helpful. Installing the proper keyboard took care of
the subscript number issue.
Special characters still aren't recognized on my computer, but this appears
to be a computer specific issue for all characters except the het. When
opening the ATF file on Dr. Baker's computer (which is a mac, whereas mine
is a PC) the special characters besides het appeared normally.
I've attached a screenshot of one of the ATF files we are working on, so
you can see what I mean.
Thank you,
Nicole

Did you install the DejaVu font? - I have worked on many PCs and always got
it working.
