Clarification on Total Number of Documents to be Submitted After Reviewing Lessons.

I understand that it says in the project contribution information for Project1 to play through and review 5 lessons from the Oppia site linked. I just wanted to be sure if we have to create a document for the review of each lesson, which are 5 lesson review documents in total? @seanlip

I would suggest making 5 separate documents, but submitting them all as a single contribution.
