Hi, you can start contributing by doing the tasks found under the "Project contribution information" on this Oppia Outreachy page. You can start with the three required tasks mentioned (Make sure to read the instructions and go through the documents linked in the description to know how to contribute) and you can participate in the optional tasks mentioned as well (To do this, fill the form to the optional task you want start contributing to and wait for a reply).
