compute fletcher 4 with avx instructions
Detect if the running Scalar(CPU) supports AVX2 instruction, and evaluate Fletcher-4 computation througput and choose the fastest one. Performance comparison: +----------+------------------+ | Scalar | 4216 MB/s | +----------+------------------+ | AVX2 | 14499 MB/s | +----------+------------------+ The test was performed on a core i7 CPU to compute the checksum of a data buffer in 1MB size.
