📝 Motivation

• The CI README was useful only to the internal teams. This is moved to internal knowledge-base
• devcontainer.json contains obsolete configuration. Given that no issues were created to highlight this, we can safely say that it was unused.
• The docker file is never updated along with the repo. Also, the Nvidia container tag keeps updating so it might not always be up-to-date.
