[Support Protocol 12.85] Fix items.xml typo, insert new items and fix…

… on item tier registration (#203)

Fix an error that was preventing the server to register item tier classification price and ID, and not showing items on market and cyclopedia.

Update items.xml and items.otb with few items and fix typo on XML.
