This commit reorders member variables in the `Mle` class, bringing booleans and `uint`s of the same size close to each other to avoid alignment gaps.

Mleclass, bringing booleans anduints of the same size close to each other to avoid alignment gaps.The code size reduction is a happy surprise. After a bit of investigation, it seems to mostly come from the fact that variables that are used more frequently are now at a more favorable offset, which allows shorter assembly instructions to be used.
