New openstreetmap-carto release v2.36.0 #38

A new version of openstreetmap-carto has been released, v2.36.0 and it contains significant changes to the road colours, among the 135 changes since v2.35.0

It may be desirable to update map legend at the same time (resides at https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/ - see https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/tree/master/app/assets/images/key/mapnik )

Well yes obviously I will merge openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#1070 at the same time, or possibly tomorrow morning once it is fully live.
