#1403 後的幾個效能修正：

leader 的資訊很常被使用，因此快取起來
更新 ClusterInfo 的時機改成用nano計算，避免在 ms 層級會同時觸發多個更新
producer thread 新增 e2e 延遲的統計，這個路徑包含使用 producer buffer/partitioner 的延遲
