Describe the bug

Coming from opensearch-project/opensearch-build#2885, the SQL plugin added their customized integ test scripts to add catalog.json for the integ tests to run.
However, the script is not windows compatible and the error context is:

C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\2\tmpy7pqz4eh\sql\scripts\integtest.sh: line 102: /bin/opensearch-keystore: No such file or directory

To reproduce

Running integ test from our build repo for SQL on Windows platform.
