Looking into why the integration tests are failing against OpenSearch 2.6.0 and 2.7.0. When I run the tests on my local, they seem to succeed. Happening in #486 as well.

They're failing because of security permission, no permissions for [] and User [name=admin, backend_roles=[admin], requestedTenant=null] this is the error I get when I try to run the tests against the latest versions of OpenSearch.

Could be opensearch-project/security@94db5db ? (security plugin)
