[Migration][ansible-playbook] Create pointer to direct users of playbook to ansible-playbook repo.

We need to create a direct link or pointer or documentation to direct user.

User needs to know where to find ansible playbook for OpenSearch.

Hi @TheAlgo hope you and @saravanan30erd can have a similar approach between helm-charts and ansible-playbook to point user to the correct repo from devops repo.
