Fix main CI upstream opensearch imports and use maven repo instead of jenkins

Description

Use maven repo instead of jenkins to pull job scheduler images based on github workflows... As well as fix imports from upstream opensearch.

# Push it to GitHub
git push --set-upstream origin backport/backport-1437-to-2.x
# Go back to the original working tree
cd ../..
# Delete the working tree

Then, create a pull request where the base branch is 2.x and the compare/head branch is backport/backport-1437-to-2.x.
