[BUG]: User is not able to add Dimensions in Timeseries and Scatter

What is the bug?
Time series: click to add timestamp in dimensions of data configurations, only select a timestamp but without selecting unit and interval, move back to configuration home panel, cannot click to add dimensions

What is the expected behavior?
User should be allowed to add dimensions in Timeseries and Scatter.
