Description
Add bwcTestSuite task into the gradle file for run combined bwc Test.
This functionality is said in the guide but didn't actually get implemented. https://github.com/opensearch-project/notifications/blob/main/DEVELOPER_GUIDE.md#building-from-the-command-line
