Description of changes:

• Add connection request timeout because of [BUG] Getting DeadlineTimeoutException error during security tests after upgrading to 3.0 notifications#583
• BWC tests need refactor, the key point is restart upgrade supports between major versions (Index comp.), but rolling upgrade only supports the last minor version of the lower major version to the newest major version (API comp.). Details refer to [BUG] AccessControlException exception in rolling upgrade with recent 3.0.0 snapshot OpenSearch#4788 (comment)
  • Create Refactor BWC test #677 to track
• Security test should pass after security plugin zip updated w/ OpenSearch core's breaking change (Strings.toString(type, ...)). The zip would be updated in this job https://build.ci.opensearch.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/distribution-build-opensearch/detail/distribution-build-opensearch/7028/pipeline/108
