[BUG] Duplicate popout icons appear in Anomaly Detection create flow

What is the bug?
The "popout" icon that indicates an external link to documentation is shown twice in several places within the Anomaly Detection > Create Detector flow.

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Visit https://playground.opensearch.org/app/anomaly-detection-dashboards#/create-ad/
scroll to the section "Operation settings"
scroll to "Custom result index"

What is the expected behavior?
The "popout" icon should only appear once in each instance of an external link
