[BUG] Alerting action message text-box unfocuses on key-press

Describe the bug

When attempting to change the message of a notification action in an Alert monitor the message input box in unfocused on every key press. This of course makes it pretty much impossible to update the message on the page, unless you write your message outside and paste it in the text box..

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Alerting plugin page
2. Switch to the monitor tab and create a new monitor
3. Scroll past all the configuration, it doesn't matter for this, then create a new trigger
4. Try to modify the message of the trigger and note that it's not possible to type anything without loosing focus

Expected behavior
It should be possible to type in the message box.
