Changing compatibility version of sourceRemoteStoreRepository in RestoreSnaphotRequest back to 2.10. This PR should follow backport PRs:

• [Backport 2.x] Removing feature flag to mark feature GA #9892
• [Backport 2.10] Removing feature flag to mark feature GA #9901
