Describe the bug
There are a number of Stack Management links that point to pages that are 404'ing. In addition the "Batch concurrent searches" language is incorrect.

To Reproduce
No longer relevant (temporary) since we changed the links to direct to the docs home page:

For 404'ing URLs;
1. Go to 'Stack Management'
2. Click on 'Advanced Settings'
3. Scroll down to any of the following
Date with nanoseconds format
Query string options
Sort options
Time filter quick ranges
Custom request preference
Max Concurrent Shard Requests
Search in frozen indices
Maximum tile map precision
See 404 on destination

For incorrect deprecation language;

  1. Go to 'Stack Management'
  2. Click on 'Advanced Settings'
  3. Scroll down to 'Batch concurrent searches'
  4. Click on 'Deprecated'
  5. See reference to "OpenSearch Dashboards 8.0".

Expected behavior
Working links and correct langauge.

Remove deprecation message from batchSearches in advanced settings.
It referenced OpenSearch Dashboards 8.0, which is just from the legacy

No plan to deprecate yet.
