Objective

  • เพื่อใช้ config ว่า อปท. ไหน สามารถใช้การแจ้งเตือนผ่าน Line ได้บ้าง โดยสามารถกำหนดเป็นช่วงวันที่ได้

  • end_date

Feature นี้เปิดปิดใน settings เพื่อให้สามารถเปิดใช้ได้โดยไม่ต้อง config

  • settings.LINE_NOTIFICATION_USE_AUTHORITY_CONTROL
