🤝 Introduction

QuPath Edu is an extension for QuPath that makes it possible for QuPath to be used for teaching histology and pathology.

QuPath Edu is developed by the University of Oulu in collaboration with the QuPath developers from the University of Edinburgh.

👩‍🎓 Students & Teachers

1. Install QuPath by following the instructions
2. Download the QuPath Edu extension for your QuPath version
3. Install the extension by drag and dropping the downloaded .jar file to the QuPath viewer

4. Connect to your institutions server
   • Refer to your course materials if you don't know where to connect to
5. Start using QuPath to study! 🐱‍🏍

🏫 Administrators

Using QuPath Edu includes setting up the OpenMicroanatomy Server. The docs has all the information you need for setting up the server.
