This program is certainly for educational purposes, not research.
The aim of this software seems to be outside the scope of JOSS.

@toshi-ara thanks for your reply. Okay, in that case you can review if it is perhaps more suitable for our sister journal JOSE (https://jose.theoj.org/) which is dedicated to education.

I will proceed to reject this work at this point.
