ack를 사용하여 aws 자원을 생성한다.
이를 사용하기 위해서는 해당 자원에 대한 ack 컨트롤러 설치가 선행되어야 한다.
초기 버전에서는 s3를 만들기 위한 챠트를 추가하며 enabled 지정과 name에 다수의 이름을 지정하면 해당 s3를 만들어 준다.
