The problem with this PR is that SEPAL will have to install the new dependencies independently, and within the R environment, the fact of adding them here doesn't mean that they will be available to the users. |

This PR updates the methods used for raster/vector input in SAE-Design as most of the R spatial packages are now obsolete. Issue #27
