What? Why?
This is just putting the spec files where they belong according to namespaces. One less mess 🎉
(spec/serializers/spree/variant_serializer_spec.rb is moved in PR 4064)
Context: this foler will become more important as we evolve the API.
What should we test?
Nothing, just moving specs.
