Description

- As a: super admin user
- On page: /admin/reports/users_and_enterprises
- I want to be able to do: See OFN UID as an available column.

Acceptance Criteria & Tests

  1. Go to /admin/reports/users_and_enterprises
  2. See you can download the report with the column
  3. The column is available by default
  4. Unselecting the column is correctly save for next session
