Hard fork in POA Sokol was done on September 19th, 2018. The proposed changes correspond to the changes in our spec.json for Sokol: https://github.com/poanetwork/poa-chain-spec/pull/86/files#diff-42eb5109ad96d4ac46cdcbf18f2938de

@andresilva Yes, you can see its working here: https://sokol.poaexplorer.com/address/search/0x523B6539Ff08d72A6C8Bb598Af95bF50c1EA839C - the balance of a contract is increased every 5 seconds (every new block) with BlockReward 👍
