feat!: footer legal links

Add the ability to configure footer links. BREAKING CHANGE: SHOW_ACCESSIBILITY_PAGE is replaced with the ACCESSIBILITY_URL config. --------- Co-authored-by: Wassaf-Shahzad <[email protected]> Co-authored-by: Arslan Ashraf <[email protected]>
