updated the link for users to find the report. i also have converted the PDF data to a CSV, but I don't think there is a way for opendataphilly to host that?

@sheishistoric Hey Emily! We don't host any datasets ourselves. We're just a catalog with entries linking to datasets that are hosted elsewhere, but if you can host the CSV like you have for this PDF, we would be happy to link to it! In the meantime, this change looks good to me. Thanks for submitting and helping to keep us up-to-date :)

Fixed the broken link (Preservation Alliance no longer has this available as a searchable database.) Some colleagues & I converted the PDF data to a CSV for general use, but I don't think there is a way for opendataphilly to host that?
