dc11:creator, dc:issued and dc:modified were previously only present in the RDF XML version of the vocabulary.
The XML was converted from themes/20231123.ttl after that had been updated. Changes: - Fixed skos namespace - Converted http://dcat-ap.ch/vocabulary/themes/ from rdf:Description to skos:ConceptScheme - Converted http://dcat-ap.ch/vocabulary/themes/work from rdf:Description to skos:Concept (the same as the other themes in the vocabulary) - Updated dct:modified and version - Added skos:mappingRelation to EU themes for tourism, construction and statistical-basis
