"key" is reserved, so we have ot use another name if we want to pass keys.
A workflow may have no configuration, so having the validation for the start task modal expecting a non-zero length configuration is wrong.

A workflow may have no configuration, so having the validation for the start task modal expecting a non-zero length configuration is wrong. This should fix behaviour were you could not start a workflow through the start task modal if you changed its configuration in the start task modal.
