Suggestions strip not opening while typing text on some apps

Describe the bug
not showing suggestions bar on some apps while typing comments for eg github

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'github app'
2. Click on 'any issue'
3. Scroll down to 'type comments'
4. See error that no suggestions bar appearing while typing comments

Expected behavior
Suggestions should appear in any kind of text field.

Same issue here. I can reproduce this every single time I add/edit bookmarks in Firefox.

Device: Samsung S20
OS: Android 10

Does enabling the clipboard key in settings fix it? It hepls in other apps, but I didn't test Github app or Firefox.
