Unnecessary visibility of List of accounts in Group Details Fragment

Summary:
When user opens a group and if user does not have any associated accounts either any one or more than one of loan, savings, recurring, then also those division shows up with 0 (Number of associated accounts) at end of view.

Steps to reproduce:
1 Open Group List
2 Open Group Detail

Expected behaviour:
Those list with zero accounts should not show up.
