Summary:
When user opens Savings Account and if there are no transactions available, then also transactions textview is visible and also transactions list is empty which might be confusing and not also serves purpose. Instead of it there should be a No Transactions view which indications user of no transactions

Steps to reproduce:
1 Open Client Details
2 Open any savings account without transactions

Expected behaviour:
There should be a No Transactions view

Any
