Fix some golang registry error

This PR contains three parts：

Part 1:

These three file is collector exporter, so need rename.
content/en/registry/exporter-go-kinesis.md need be en/registry/collector-exporter-kinesis.md
content/en/registry/exporter-go-splunk-apm.md need be registry/collector-exporter-splunk-apm.md
content/en/registry/exporter-go-splunk-imm.md need be registry/collector-exporter-splunk-imm.md

Part 2:

These two file is not exporter, but collector exporter. And The corresponding collector exporter doc already exists, so we need remove them.
content/en/registry/exporter-go-carbon.md
content/en/registry/exporter-go-kafka.md
content/en/registry/exporter-go-splunk-hec.md

Part 3:

Add go exporter doc.
content/en/registry/exporter-go-jaeger.md
content/en/registry/exporter-go-otlp.md
content/en/registry/exporter-go-zipkin.md
content/en/registry/exporter-go-prometheus.md (update repo url)
