Update getting started guide to use node-sdk package #1534

@dyladan The getting started guide for Node.JS looks up to date so I think this issue can be closed. |
It's quite confusing that the docs in opentelemetry-js diverge so much from those in the node docs as a newbie, this might merit revisiting. |

The current getting started guide assumes the user will be starting using the SDK building block packages like tracing, node, and metrics. In the future, it is expected most users will use the SDK package as a starting point and it would be better for the getting started guide to reflect that.
