* #516 Add support for elementwise vector sum connections in OspSystemStructure.xml

* Incomplete initializer list not allowed.

* Add missing vector.fmu

* Remove Signals and SignalGroups from Fucntion XML definition.

* Remove parsing of Signals and SignalGroups from Function XML element.

* Remove unused function to_variable_causality

* Signals and SignalGroups are implicit

* Functions as explicit XML elements with hardcoded parameters as attributes

* Use return values, give better error message

* Better error messages. Type should also be verified in release builds.
