What steps did you take and what happened:
CI error when using golang:1.19-bullseye (or 1.19.5).

error obtaining VCS status: exit status 128
	Use -buildvcs=false to disable VCS stamping.

due to docker-library/golang#452

Anything else you would like to add:
It should work fine with 1.19.4
