Missing linter tools in install-requirements

What happened:

The new linting reports problems with reference to a tool that has to be used to show and/or fix the concrete problem.
All those tools should be added with the correct version to the make install-requirements feature to get everything you need to work with the project.

Concrete I had problems finding two tools: gofumpt and gci. May be there are even more.
