I'm about to release 3.15. While this happens it's also a nice moment to have a chat with @meskio about the bridges we are testing and ensuring we're merging all the related backend changes (e.g., ooni/sysadmin#493).

We should also chat about using https://bridges.torproject.org/moat/circumvention/builtin to understand what changes need to be made, so that I can create a more detailed issue and start working to solve the problem.

So, it seems #1915 is the only form of sync-up we need.
