Since the new release I am not able to use --file with trousseau set

$ trousseau set --file example.com.crt example.com.crt                                                  
Error: Invalid number of arguments provided to set command

Whether I specify parameter before or after the argument doesn't matter.

A fix has been pushed to develop, and tests have been added so this unexpected behavior doesn't show up again in the future :-)

I'm about to release a 0.3.3 version with all the fixes for all the last bugs submitted.
