Generate metrics based on crawled items. Part of #463.

Usage:

scrapy reviewspider ba_amelia_rodrigues
scrapy reviewspider ba_amelia_rodrigues --skip-execution
scrapy reviewspider ba_amelia_rodrigues -a start_date=2021-08-03
